Safety
Total Reportable Injury Frequency (TRIF)
TRIF is a measure of the number of injuries involving OPG employees that result in a fatality, lost time, restricted work or medical treatment per 200,000 hours worked. The Year-to-date TRIF is reported at 0.43. The year-end target of 0.20 was not met.
Transportation Safety
The transportation of waste to our Western facility from Darlington, Pickering and Bruce Power is managed by experienced and skilled drivers. In this quarter, all shipments were made safely and accident-free. The fleet safely travelled 249,567.1 additional kilometres and marked over 6.16 million kilometres safely travelled to-date.

Spills to the environment
There were no spills to the environment at our facilities that were reportable to a regulatory authority. For detailed environmental information, please refer to the environmental data reports available on our Regulatory Reporting page.
228 DSC
Operational Performance
A total of 228 Used Fuel Dry Storage Containers (DSCs) were transferred up to the end of Q4. This was below the year end goal of 232. The year-end commitment is to transfer 232 DSCs across all three sites.
4,039.2 m3
Waste Minimization
The incinerator processed a total of 4,039.2 cubic metres of low-level waste up to the end of Q4. This exceeded the year end target of 5,722.7.
