Our partnerships and subsidiaries

Helping pave the path forward to a net-zero future

Ontario Power Generation's (OPG's) ambitious goals won’t be easy. But easy is not what we do. We are the company that harnessed the power of the mighty Niagara River, split atoms to produce electricity, and closed all of our coal-fired power plants to fight climate change. Challenges are the renewable resource that fuel our team. But we aren’t doing it alone. To electrify life in one generation and be the catalyst for a net-zero economy by 2050, OPG’s partners and subsidiaries are helping pave the path forward.

Our vision to electrify life in one generation requires improvements in generation, charging infrastructure, and storage – three areas where OPG and our subsidiaries are very active.
