Unleash your creativity, join in the pumpkin-carving contest and learn about biodiversity in your backyard with this curbside pick up activity program!

Families can pickup a FREE Pumpkin Pack filled with fun and educational activities they can do together.

Do not miss the fun as quantities are limited! There is a 3 pack limit per vehicle.

  • Wednesday, Sept. 22, 3 to 5 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Sept. 29, 3 to 5 p.m.

Pumpkins cut into Jack O' Lanterns with candles inside

Pumpkinfest is holding a pumpkin carving contest and all packs will include a pumpkin carving kit and instructions on how to submit your carved pumpkin online to the judges.

All packs will also include information on OPG's Climate Guardians program; seed packs to grow flowers for pollinators; and a MacGregor Provincial Park Discovery Book.

Week one (Sept. 15) packs

Escarpment Biosphere Conservancy is including their Pollinator Activity Sheet and Milkweed seeds to plant.

Week two (Sept. 22) packs

For MacGregor & Saugeen Shores week, packs will include Saugeen Shores bicycle safety information and a bicycle light.

Week three (Sept. 29) packs

Historic Saugeen Métis are including a bead craft with instructions and information on the historical significance.
