[Pickering]: Ontario Power Generation's Pickering Unit 4 was safely shut down on Sunday, April 15 to begin a short outage that will involve inspections and maintenance on a monitoring system.

Pickering 1, 6, 7, and 8 are operating at or near 100 per cent, delivering over 2,000 MW of electricity to the Ontario electricity grid. Pickering 5 is currently in a planned outage.
